Path work in the woodland park. - Tue, 3 Feb 2015 - 11:00 to 15:00

This month we will once again be returning to the Ochils Woodland Park to do a little bit of work on some of the footpaths. This time we will be making the rounds and replacing some of the wooden edging boards and steps that have given up the ghost. In addition to this we will be finding a suitable spot and installing a path counter, which will allow us to record how many people are visiting the park regularly which may sound boring but is actually very useful infomation. Finally we will also be trying to widen out some of the paths that have been all but swallowed up by encroaching vegetation.

Everyone and anyone is welcome to come along and lend a hand, so if you have some spare time why not come and a join for a bit of fresh air and the chance to improve a much loved and well used local space.

We hope to see you there!
